MINIMUMS

 $250 combined across all brands.

Single cards and boxed sets must be ordered in quantities of 6.

 

PAYMENT

Prepayment is required on the first order for all new customers. We accept checks, online payments via our payment portal or Shopify, wire transfers, and all major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments over 7 days are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge.

TERMS

EP.MFG offers Net30 terms to accounts that have been approved after submitting a completed credit application. Terms may be reviewed or revoked for delinquent payment history if necessary. 

Orders placed through Faire may be eligible for Faire’s extended terms and conditions.

 

SHIPPING

Our processing time is 3-10 business days. If you would like a shipment to be expedited, please contact our customer service department so that we can discuss your needs. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

Orders shipping within the lower 48 states will ship via UPS Ground. If you would prefer your order shipped by a different service please provide your billing and account details at the time of the order.

Shipping charges will be assessed at the time of shipping and added to the final invoice.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We welcome orders from all over the world! International orders will ship via DHL or USPS Priority Mail.

EP.MFG has distribution in Canada, UK, EU, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. For more information regarding worldwide distribution please contact our sales department.

 

CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS

Changes to orders must be submitted within 24 hours of placement.  EP.MFG does not accept returns, except in the case of merchandise arriving damaged or merchandise that was shipped in error. 

Fulfillment errors must be reported within 5 days of order receipt. For invoice discrepancies, please withhold payment and contact our customer service department (information@eggpress.com) for a resolution.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer.

 

BACKORDER ITEMS
Window for backorder cancellation is 7 days of receipt of order. 


RETIRED CARDS
EP.MFG reserves the right to retire products at any time without warning.
Items that are no longer available will be listed at the bottom of each invoice and can be reprinted if ordered in a quantity of 200 or more.

 

PROXIMITY/TERRITORY CONFLICTS

EP.MFG takes into consideration the distance, neighborhood, type of industry and other brands carried before approving new accounts. That said, EP.MFG cannot guarantee exclusive territory rights.
